PALS reach into the tools you already use
A connector is the bridge between a PAL and one of your apps. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are built in, so you sign in once and your PALS can work with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Outlook, Teams and more.
Need a PAL to work with something else, like your CRM, your accounting system, or an industry tool? A custom connector links it in, so your PALS can act on those resources too.

Give each PAL the right abilities
Tools are the individual actions a PAL can perform, like “send an email”, “look up a record”, or “create a calendar invite”. A library of tools comes ready to use, and custom tools can be built for your specific needs for a small professional fee.
